Yes — there's no design fee and no setup fee. You only start paying the monthly plan once your site is live, and that one fee covers your website plus everything that keeps it running and getting found.

It means we don't just build your site and disappear. For one monthly fee we host it, keep it secure and backed up, manage your domain and setup an optimised Google Business Profile. We can make edits whenever you need them, and we check in with you regularly to keep it fresh and working.

There isn't one. Your monthly plan covers everything needed to keep your website and online presence running smoothly. If you later decide you'd like additional growth services—such as advertising, social media management or an AI chatbot—we'll always discuss the cost with you first. Nothing is added without your approval.

If we ever change our pricing we'll give you at least 30 days' notice first, and your existing rate is honoured for 12 months from the date you started. You're free to cancel before any new rate takes effect.

Never, until you're happy to go ahead. We'll design your website, send you a preview and make any changes you'd like before asking for any payment. Your first monthly payment is only taken once your website is live.

No lock-in contract and no minimum term. It's a rolling monthly subscription — cancel whenever suits you, with no notice period and no awkward conversation required.

Your subscription runs to the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and your site and hosting go offline at that point. We don't refund the current period unless the law requires it. Your domain isn't affected by cancelling — see the domain question below. If you'd like to keep the website files themselves, you can buy the site out; see "Who owns my website?" below.

You own everything you give us — your text, images and logos are yours throughout and you keep them whatever happens. The website itself, meaning the design and the code we write, stays part of your subscription while it's running.

If you'd like to own the files outright, you can buy the site out. We agree a build value with you in writing at go-live (and again whenever you add a paid extra), and the buyout is that value minus whatever you've already paid in subscription fees, with a £299 minimum handover fee. So a £899 build cancelled after two months would be around £699; after nine months or more, once your subscription has covered the build value, it's just the £449 handover fee. The build value is always agreed up front — never worked out after the fact.

Yes. If you already own a domain you keep it in your own name and carry on paying your registrar for renewals as normal — we simply point it at your new site and handle the technical setup. It stays yours throughout, so there's nothing to buy back if you ever leave. If you don't have a domain yet, we'll register and manage a .co.uk for you as part of your plan.

Ideally you give us the basics — what you do, your opening hours, contact details, and a few photos if you have them. You don't need to write polished copy; we'll shape whatever you send into something that reads well. If you'd rather not write anything at all, our copywriting add-on starts at £199 and we can source images for you too.

Most sites go live within about 5 working days of us receiving your details. The main variable is how quickly you come back to us with feedback on the preview — the build itself is usually the fast part.

Yes, always. Every site we build is designed mobile-first, because that's where most people will find you — and we check it on phones, tablets and desktop before it goes anywhere near your customers.

Yes — that's the point of the subscription. Email or message us whenever something changes, whether that's new opening hours, updated prices, a fresh set of photos or a service you no longer offer, and we'll make the change for you. There's no separate editor to learn and no charge for minor content updates.

Anything that changes the content of your existing site is included, as often as you need it: text, photos, prices, opening hours, contact details, staff changes, adding or removing a service from a list, swapping seasonal offers in and out. As a rule of thumb, if you'd have handed it to a member of staff to type up, it's covered.

What we'd quote for separately is anything that changes what your site does or how it's built — new pages, online booking, customer accounts, new functionality or a redesign. We'll always tell you which it is before we start, so you'll never get a surprise invoice.

We batch requests together and aim to have changes live within two working days, so it's worth sending them in one go rather than one at a time. All we ask is that requests stay sensible in volume — and in the rare case they don't, we'll have a friendly word with you about the best way to handle it rather than springing a charge on you.

Yes we can. Most people come to us with something that's out of date, hard to edit, or was built years ago and never touched since. We'll take a look, tell you honestly whether it's better to rebuild or work with what you've got, and if you already own the domain you keep it. Just tell us the address when you enquire.

Just ask. We can add booking systems, customer logins and other advanced features as a paid add-on any time — no need to start from scratch.
